Fiberglass mesh for universal use and screed reinforcement
The function of a fiberglass mesh is to absorb and evenly distribute the mechanical stresses to which the façade or another surface may be subjected, such as settling movements, shrinkage phenomena, temperature ranges and external agents, preventing the risk of superficial cracks, this is why it can be used for multiple applications. One of them is screeds reinforcement. All screeds have a very low mechanical strength in tension. If they are placed on a soft insulation layer (heating floors, acoustic insulation) they can easily crack. Therefore reinforcement is a must in such cases.
alvatex P110 10x10 ensures the stability of the screed even after the first crack. It allows the screed to absorb more energy during deformation.
